This urban renovation reimagines a traditional home for modern living while respecting the character of its established neighbourhood. Our client wanted a seamless extension that felt like a natural evolution of the original structure, rather than an abrupt addition. The design introduces a skillion roof that carefully ties into the existing pitched form, creating a contemporary yet cohesive aesthetic.

Large eastern-facing windows flood the interiors with morning light, while northern highlight windows enhance brightness throughout the day. Precision was key in blending old and new—every junction was considered to ensure a flawless transition. With expert craftsmanship and high-quality finishes, this home now feels effortlessly modern while staying true to its heritage.
